Moksha Wellness Therapy

Trauma-Informed | Somatic-based | Multicultural Counseling for individuals | couples |and groups

I help overwhelmed, high-achieving adults pause, reconnect with themselves, and heal from within.

You may be a perfectionist, an overachiever, or someone who gives relentlessly — the steady presence everyone relies on. Maybe you’re also an immigrant, or grew up in an immigrant family, navigating two cultures and carrying the weight of high expectations.

The strategies that once worked may no longer help, and you can’t keep your inner voice quiet anymore. Your mind and body might be sending signals — through anxiety, burnout, or other subtle (or not-so-subtle) signs. Maybe your doctor has suggested a few months to see if things improve before starting medications.

Whatever it is, perhaps now is your moment to pause and reconnect with yourself. I provide a safe, grounded space to uncover your truth, clarify your needs, and build a life aligned with your values. Slowly, your inner voice quiets — not because you silenced it, but because you truly listened. That’s the beginning of healing.

“To love oneself is the beginning of a lifelong romance.” — Oscar Wilde

Moksha is a Sanskrit word meaning liberation or freedom. It reminds us of the possibility of peace—by releasing old patterns, healing wounds, and reconnecting with yourself and others. Moksha isn’t about an instant fix or perfection. It’s about transformation from chaos to calm—step by step.

Start Your Healing Journey

Rajni Samyuktha Krishna, MA, LMHCA, RDN, CDCES (she/her)

Hello! Welcome! I go by Rajni or Samyuktha—please feel free to use either.

I’m an Indian-American mother, first-generation immigrant, registered dietitian, and counselor. My journey has been shaped by building a new life in the U.S., returning to school, raising children, forging a meaningful career — all while navigating the many roles life brings. These experiences guide how I show up  for the people I work with.

As a recovering perfectionist, I understand the quiet pressure high-achieving adults carry — the drive to succeed, provide, and care for others, often without pausing for themselves. For much of my life, I believed that expressing emotions or asking for help was a weakness. Over time, I’ve learned that vulnerability can be a strength, and that healing deepens when we allow ourselves to be supported.

As a clinician, I’ve seen how unattended stress can repeatedly show up as chronic physical ailments, and how crucial mental health support is in other health fields. Both my personal experiences and my values as a clinician inspired me to pursue counseling training, so I could create a caring and nonjudgmental space where people feel safe, seen, and understood. My approach is collaborative, gentle, and direct. I have experience working with clients across diverse identities, including BIPOC and LGBTQIA2S+ communities.

I believe personal transformation is lifelong, and I remain committed to growth — personally and professionally. To me, self-care isn’t a buzzword; it’s essential. It includes nourishing food, movement, meaningful connections, restorative solitude, and time outdoors — whether hugging trees or engaging in activities that bring joy and renewal. I am currently practicing under the supervision of Brian Kimmel, LMHC.
