Mental Health Counseling

My counseling roots are in person-centered therapy, and I take an integrative, trauma-informed approach tailored to your unique needs.

I’ll meet you with empathy, authenticity, and gentle curiosity. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and attachment theory to help you learn how your early experiences have shaped today’s challenges. Using the strength-based modality, we’ll develop tools to move forward with clarity, resilience, and self-compassion.

I work from a multicultural perspective, recognizing how identity, culture, and life experiences shape your story. Counseling is about more than solving problems — it’s about reconnecting with yourself, understanding the belief systems behind your patterns, and learning ways to live more fully and authentically.

Whether you’re seeking support individually, as a couple, or in a group, I partner with you to honor your goals, strengths, and values. Together, we’ll navigate your story and relationship challenges while developing clarity and connection.

I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your healing journey through self-discovery and self-compassion.
