Moksha Wellness Therapy

Trauma-Informed, Somatic-Based, Multicultural Therapy & Mindful Nutrition Counseling for Individuals and Couples
Serving Seattle, Bothell, Millcreek, Kenmore, Redmond, and virtually across Washington

I support adults who are navigating life's challenges while honoring their roots and creating a life that feels authentically their own.

I support adults over 30, many of whom are first-generation immigrants and high-achieving individuals, who appear to have it all together on the outside but feel overwhelmed, anxious, and emotionally exhausted underneath it all. They are often the responsible ones—the achievers, caretakers, and dependable partners others rely on—while privately carrying pressure, self-doubt, and the belief that slowing down is not an option. Over time, this can show up as anxiety, burnout, emotional distance from themselves and others, or the persistent feeling that no matter how much they do, it is never enough.

In my work with individuals and couples, I guide you in slowing down so we can understand the patterns shaped by culture, family expectations, attachment styles, and lived experiences. Together, we explore:

• Anxiety and chronic overwhelm
• Burnout and long-term stress
• Perfectionism and high-achievement pressure
• Relationship stress, conflict, and emotional disconnection
• Difficulty setting boundaries with family, relationships, and work
• Cultural identity stress and feeling caught between worlds
• Disconnection from self, body, emotions, needs, and values

Therapy is not about fixing you or your relationship. It’s about understanding what has shaped you and learning new ways to respond—so life and relationships can feel more grounded, clear, and connected.

Whether you’re here for therapy, nutrition, or both, my work is rooted in the belief that you are the expert of your own life. My role is to walk alongside you with trust, respect, gentle curiosity, and practical tools. Choosing this journey may be one of the most compassionate gifts you offer yourself. Over time, the inner critic begins to soften—not because you forced it away, but because you learned to understand and respond to yourself with greater compassion. That is the beginning of healing.

“To love oneself is the beginning of a lifelong romance.” — Oscar Wilde

Moksha is a Sanskrit word meaning liberation or freedom. It reminds us of the possibility of peace—by releasing old patterns, healing wounds, and reconnecting with yourself and others. Moksha isn’t about an instant fix or perfection. It’s about transformation from chaos to calm—step by step.

Rajni Krishna, MA, LMHCA, RDN, CDCES (she/her)

Hello! Welcome! I’m Rajni and I also go by Sam.

I’m a first-gen Southeast Asian immigrant, mother, and clinician, and I understand the challenges of balancing the many roles life can bring. My journey includes creating a new life in the U.S., raising children, and cultivating a meaningful career. For much of my life, like many people raised in Asian cultures, I believed that expressing emotions or asking for help was a weakness. Over time, I’ve learned that vulnerability is an essential part of healing, and healing deepens when we allow ourselves to be supported.

For me, self-care is not a buzzword, but an absolute necessity. It includes meditation, nourishing food, movement (yes-including hugging trees), time with loved ones, solitude, or some form of creative work. These practices help me stay grounded, and they shape how I show up for my clients.

My practice is informed by my lived experience, a deep commitment to ongoing personal and professional growth, and a commitment to showing up authentically each day. These values are at the heart of my work.
